The staff of The Hideaway is passionate about the art of pizza making. Every effort is made to carry our 47 year tradition of pizza quality. We still take the time to make every pizza by hand, giving every pizza pie a unique personality. Dough is made fresh in our enormous 120 quart mixer dozens of times every day. We use only the finest tomato products and spices for our sauces. Our Baker's Pride ovens have a stone hearth to cook pizzas evenly and consistently at a temperature of 600 degrees. Even at this high temperature, our pizzas take a little longer to cook because of the attention to every detail in every step involved in making your pizza. While Hideaway pizzas can be made in great quantities (it is not unusual to create 1200-1500 pizzas on a football game day) they are never mass-produced. Our dedication to quality and to the art of pizza making is evident in every pizza we make.
