The Hideaway’s Group Services

From it’s humble 90-seat beginnings in 1957, The Hideaway in Stillwater has grown to a 344-seat operation that has kept it’s traditions intact. Our recent million-dollar expansion has given us the opportunity to reserve a table for as few as 10 people or an entire room for groups up to 165. Unique and personalized service is what we offer at The Hideaway. Groups ranging in size from one to 150 are treated equally with a style of service that has kept us successful since 1957.

How it Works

The Banquet Room is reserved for groups requiring privacy. A deposit in the amount of $150 is required to reserve the space for your exclusive use. A deposit of $250 for is required for Friday and Saturday evenings. The deposit will be applied to the final bill. If the final bill is less than the deposit, The Hideaway will retain the balance.

The Slice Room will accommodate groups of up to 70. While no deposit is required, you will be responsible for the minimum number of guests for which we were asked to serve. We offer the buffet only in this area.

The food service we offer is kept very simple. For groups of 25 or more, we will be pleased to offer you a pizza buffet with a variety of single topping medium pizzas. Table service is not available to groups of more than 25. Table service is available for groups of 24 or less.

With your approval, we will set up a cash bar offering wines and premium beers.

Your reserved space will be available for a maximum of 2½ hours.

Pizza is the perfect group food and The Hideaway’s casual atmosphere is an ideal setting for a party, class meeting or corporate recruiting event. All you have to do is call and tell us you need to make a reservation - one of our managers will help you find the solution.

The Facilities

For groups requiring privacy, our enclosed Banquet Room is the right choice for gatherings of 25-50 people. The tables may be arranged in any fashion. The windows facing the adjacent dining area with an expansive view of Oklahoma State University and the historic Museum of Higher Education as well as the skylight above can be left open or darkened for privacy or video presentations.

The Big 12 Booth will comfortably seat 12 adults. The focal point of our new facilities, the booth is handcrafted from maple. The giant seven foot table featuring a five foot lazy suzan is set beneath a grand radius window. The design of the new addition maintains the corner’s history by replicating the glass and glass brick ticket box that sat beneath a large radius marquis on the Campus Movie Theater that was built in 1939 and razed in 1999 for this project.

The Slice Room offers pizza by the slice for lunch on weekdays and is a beautiful open area for evening gatherings for groups of up to 70.

Tables may be reserved for groups of 10 or more on certain days.
